Sports program
Our athletic program is structured for all players at different levels, ranging from beginners to more experienced.
With our team of elite coaches and trainers, each student is guaranteed to receive quality guidance to introduce new skills, build strength, endurance, reduce injury risk, and achieve goals.
We offer a wide range of warm-ups, exercises, drills, lessons and games to develop our athletes. At the heart of our program is good sportsmanship, resilience, and solid teamwork.
Training Programs
No prior experience needed! This after school Football training program is for the beginner and experienced player. Whether you are just learning the sport or want to improve your skill, this training is for you.
Practices are Mondays and Fridays 5-8pm, Saturdays 10am-12pm
Classes will be split up into age group.
Learn the Cheer & Majorette Dance fundamentals, routines, and technique with our training program. No prior experience needed! This after school program is for the beginner and experienced athlete. Whether you are just learning to cheer or dance or want to improve your skill, this training is for you.

This after school Basketball training program is for the beginner and experienced player. No prior experience needed!
